RE-REGISTRATION: If you were on the previous intranet but never signed into the new intranet OR you had your password reset, you will need to complete this form. Due to current changes in the intranet, there have been a few changes made to login procedures. Your current access privileges should remain, although if you need them reset due to the new intranet changes feel free to contact csc.marietta@shaolincenter.com.

UserName

Your username is NO longer your email address. This caused much confusion when people wanted to change email addresses. Instead, your username will consist of your first name, a period, and your last name (eg. Michael.Reid). This way, you will keep your username even if you change your email.

EMAIL

To validate your new username for this first-time-setup, enter in the email address you used on the previous intranet. This will allow you to set up your new password

enter a password (can be a new password or your old password), and confirm it in the space below.
